On the first disc Mike Booth speaks and then intones the names of each of the 72 Angels. There is a track ident before each different name, making specific names easy to locate.
The second disc contains an introduction to the whole set by Mike Booth, followed by two Angel meditations - the first being the 3 Angels, and the second the Archangeloi.
James Asher has specially composed music for these meditations which allow the listener an additional channel, and a deeper connectedness to the spoken content.
